For the time being, I have removed my previous review on AirSplat. AirSplat is doing the right thing with my situation. I am treated more like a customer and their representatives were very nice to me. Just as the company is putting trust into me as a customer, I will do the same. Upon receiving the item, I will place another order. I understand how the business world works, and I want to show I am a great customer after my situation has been resolved. I will tell you, I believe what I was told. A company like this may get bad reviews because bad is seen more often and good is usually not posted. I was very happy with my first purchase and this is why I trusted this company. They do have the best webstore for airsoft I have seen. Very professional youtube videos, great selection, low prices, and shipping was fast. I was happy to receive a phone call first thing this morning. I honestly believe the whole matter will be in the past and I look forward to purchasing again.
