I feel so stupid, at my age I should know to research a company before ordering, I ordered a Motorola Razr phone on 2/22/09, it is now 3/27/09 and no phone, as everyone else I had my credit card debited the same day as I placed the order, it said on the website the phone was "available". I emailed them from their website asking where the phone was, they said it was stuck at customs?? I will try the 310-704-7605 number someone posted here and said someone actually answered the phone. I too, hope BBB or someone can put a stop to this company doing such dirty business and ripping people off. I had the same experience as everyone, automated messages, no live person and it won't even allow me to leave a message for them to call me back..think once, think twice and then think a third time before ordering from them. I went back to the website and clicked on the phone I ordered and it still says its "available". AVAILABLE for what???
