As per Wireless Experts website the unlocked Blackberry Javelin 8900 is a "Brand New" product.
I bought the phone in October of last year Last week I was going through the options within the phone and came across in the Options-->about menu with a note that said "Device was refurbished on Sep 4, 2009"
This is deceiving and not fair to customers who buy a product thinking it is new when in reality is refurbished!
